This project features an environmentally-friendly layout plan that secures accessibility to the entrance level and the systematic connection of the interior and exterior spaces, making maximum use of the sloped site. An open space has been secured for the citizens with an open square in the front. Multi-purpose event and function facilities have been planned for the front outdoor space, while exhibition and conference facilities will be built in the interior space.
The design also provides a plan to secure an outdoor space for future building and a space extension, systematic unity of the entire complex, and an open greens axis.
