This design project is a project to design a multi cultural type knowledge industry centre covering culture, commerce, and industry in the Dasan New Township Area of Namyangju. An office type knowledge industrial centre that provides a pleasant settlement environment, and a manufacturing type knowledge industrial centre that considers user convenience. We planned a street shopping mall linked to various outdoor spaces and maximized the attraction of visitors and activation of commercial facilities by introducing sports contents, culture, kids' contents. In addition, it has deviated from the general layout of the existing knowledge industry center and has given the landmark symbol of the region through differentiated design.
