This project is to expand the lack of cultural facilities in innovative new cities and to design excellent design and creative complex cultural facilities for local residents through libraries and cutural centers.
Waterfront Park located in the center of the green axis of Gimcheon Innovation City, It created a new cultural space where residents can meet, communicate and enjoy. Located in the middle of the city and nature, the mass is divided into two according to the functions of the library and the literary center. The natural scenery flowed into the city center, and the separated masses were placed alternately in the north and south according to the land shape. It gave the symbolism in the waterside park and the recognition in the access road.
