As main geographical motive, the shape of bird wings to fly in the air expresses the vision of HIGH-1 which becomes a representative of the Asian resort. The space layout is planned not only providing widely comfortable office layout but also providing special convenience of employees via specialized community and amenity place. Moreover, the project provides open park and outdoor sports facilities, glass house and multi-purpose square etc. for communicating with local resident as new landmark.
From the design phase, sustainable design was adopted and eco-consideration such as lighting, wind etc. are applied thereof. Moreover, some of active design equipment such as PV panel, geothermal heat pump and etc. are able to achieve the 1st grade of energy efficiency. Also open lobby and eco-atrium actualizes low-energy building with merit grade of green building system.
