After acquisition of CJ Korea Express from Keumho-Asiana to CJ this project has special meaning with respect of the group, also the company because it is the first project as the member of CJ group. Through, business philosophy of CJ, ‘ONLY ONE’, it as named ‘NEW ONE’ is contained a strong will that CJ Korea Express will make a new flow of logistics. Excluded uniform designs of existing logistic centers, it is symbolized a speedy and convenient logistics center by an expression the flows of logistics. From harmony with surroundingsit will make a new flow of healthy and joyful logistics representing the CJ, the company giving pleasure by culture and being human and nature healthy. For them we planned with thoughtful consideration users as first. With distinguishing way in and out for minimizing traffic jam, we adapted the ONE-WAY system, a 5-step-security plan. To improve working environment, we planned warming rooms, cooling rooms, a cafeteriain working space, and installed eco-tubes for good ventilation. In addition to this plan, we proposedeco-friendly programs which can experience eco-system and a festival garden, so we made this place for local society.
