The design of the 2nd Public Officials Service Training Institute project incorporates such concepts as the “Ocean View”, whereby a unique building frame ensures both a sea view and a fabulous sunset panorama from each room the “Beach Side" spa facility, which is connected to the sea to take advantage of easy access to beach and a fine view of the sea the ” Ecological Design or Coexistence with Nature“ concept which exploits the nearby sand dunes and the wetlands to the rear, and offers coexistence with animals and plants and the “Sustainable Design” motto, which stands for protection of the natural environment and the use and regeneration of natural energy sources.
