The layout and figurative symbolism of the ‘Biryongje Building’, lnha University 2nd Dormitory, are very important as it has been built on a high hill in the northeast cornor of the university campus.
The S-shaped streamline mass plan has been designed to reduce the resistance against a long mass plan while laying out many dormitory rooms. The building boasts an outstanding view and perspective, as it overlooks the
sea from lncheon City and provides a bird‘s eye view of the entire lnha university campus. The building was designed to express the high spirits and dynamism of lnha University, which aims to grow into the six continents and five oceans.
