KORTEK new office building, a company that manufactures the best industrial display, was designed for efficient work and environmentally friendly space for staff different from the image of the existing factory based on the city planning of newly located Song-do New City and the surrounding environment.
Position plan of the manufacture division and business space considered an efficient work line, and an inner court style work space created a comfortable space and a joint community space where each room has access to the outside air. Future orientated building design and environmentally friendly exterior design was made possible through colored steel sheet, wood deck and appropriate roof landscaping design.
