The Rural Development Administration (RDA) is the central government organization, responsible for extensive agricultural research and services. This project is to design the new RDA headquarters office building complex and two other institute complexes of the national academy of agricultural science.
The key design concept for the new RDA headquarters is "the Great Ring", encompassing the linkage of human life, city, and nature to form a futuristic complex. The main goal of the design strategy is to provide a symbolic and functional master plan along with sustainable and innovative design solutions. The Central Square of its master plan, emphasized by a powerful ring, is the key element of the design, the core of the RDA complex.
