In order to realize a start-up support complex in which creative start-up spaces, various activity spaces, and open spaces for regions coexist, we propose a creative space design that provides a place where surrounding urban contexts and various spaces meet and provide a variety of experiences. It forms a living and cultural complex space that enjoys the value of privacy and sharing at the same time in various ways inside and outside, and activates the exchange of young people in a pleasant residential environment by creating a three-dimensional environment that extends to nature such as courtyard, public pedestrian, and rooftop gardens.
