The building consists of a cold, frozen, and room temperature warehouse. This project is different from general warehouse. This is because receiving(B3F) and forwarding(1F) spaces are separated reasonably. For example, After putting commodity into a warehouse, the goods would be sorted and moved to the upper floor through machine such as cargo elevator. On the ground floor(1F), the products would be prepared to be shipped to each destination. In addition, First basement level could be used as wating room and parking lot. And the second basement floor consists of employees' parking lot, office, and cafeteria.
