Korea Manhwa Contents Agency building, located at a gateway to Bucheon, was designed to share the Cartoon Valley facilities while separation the administration and exhibition buildings which have been laid out in an accumulated format, maximizing synergy.
Its design focuses on figurative images looking into the world through cartoon scenes while expressing the dynamic progressive future image of cartoons using freestyle curved cartoon lines that stimulate the imagination.
