Building geographic design shows intimate harmonic scale with surrounding condition and seamless curved arena as a main motive of dynamicity of ice hockey and wave from East Sea. Maximum atomized layout planning has been designed clear facility zoning and independent spacing based on user convenience for Olympic security and safety standard.
