This Logistics Center, located on Geumwang Techno Valley industrial complex, is a hub connecting Pyeongtaek-Jecheon Expressway, 21th national road to various city.
To save and distribute commodities easily, warehouse is planned on the ground floor using the land in maximum and secured 18m-width of warehouse’s back road considering additional docking space. In order to maintain the security of the logistics warehouse, it is possible to enter the warehouse through three stages of access control facilities, and support facilities were arranged in two floors for the efficiency of security facilities and workers' circulation. On the second floor, facilities for the convenience of workers, such as cafeteria, office, locker room, and shower room, were mainly arranged. The elevation design is designed to highlight visibility and brand image by applying Coupang’s CI color to the front elevation panel.
