This project introduces a new life style with the objective to create environment-friendly housing for old coastal apartments and plan a COMMUNITY area to live together, URBANITY area to provide the best convenience, LOHAS area to be environmentally friendly and achieve well-being.
The design plan is to design the rhythmic skyline with the concept of a ship sailing out to the open sea, wave, and spray of water and to design the retail-office-residential building and point tower building facing toward the sea which gives a landmark-like character.
