This project is to prevent safety accidents caused by serious building obsolescence and to improve the narrow working environment due to increase in the number of employees. It also provides high-quality security services as well as public satisfaction. Considering the shape of the geometrical character, which is mountain, the project has been designed as low plateau for harmonizing with Mt. Mudeung, and creating a platform for open spaces for citizens and nature. Interior layout has been planned to separate open and business area for efficiency of police work.
Based on the main scheme 'the equality of citizen and policeman', the horizontal and vertical facade elements are given the symbolism of the new Dongbu Police Station.
