KEPCO South Seoul Headquarters Site Rehavitalization Project is the one of twenty site development project of KEPCO to create new value in south seoul headquarters site, Yeouido. For the project, there are three main schemes firstly, to provide new landmark in Yeouido, secondly, to build efficient office environment for employees and lastly, to plan a space contained natural environment and harmonized with local conditions.
Main layout of building is composed of office zone placing to maximize view of Han-river, the substation placing underground of rear side which is KEPCO requirement and to optimize space efficiency through roof garden idea. After 5 years project period later, the project is expected optimum work place with the view of Han-river in 2020.
