As the winner of Gimpo Han-River New Town Jayeon & Hillstate (Ab-7Block) Apartment Construction Competition, this project took part in, with the concept of N-story, Nature, N-space combining current design trends and economic conditions. Also this project was planned huge green plaza, which is 300m long and 80m depth, and beautiful skyline to provide eco-friendly residential area of the future in Gimpo.
It was also planned that all units have a southern exposure and a significant percentage of sunlight of 89.1% and no single unit has zero sunlight exposure to reach the optimal residential conditions.
