The design of Eunpyeong New Town, Doosan • Kumho Apartment is intended to develop favorable place to live in terms of diversity and community living. Located at the bottom of mountain, the site is intended to bring nature into development by utilizing open spaces and varying building segments.
There are four housing types to propose enhance dynamic views of the community : courtyard type, street adjacent type, terrace type, and low rise type. As design motif with the shape of Mountain Book-Han is adopted to introduce hip and gable roofs.
